What's Happening

We continue to travel regularly on private business with individual clients. If we're in your area and have a few minutes, we'd love to see you for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or "refreshments" any time after 5 PM local time (you know what that means . . .).

Give us a shout or send us a note, and if we can squeeze out some time, we'd love to say hello and share some good ideas the old-fashioned way: face-to-face, glass in hand.

Here's what's on our calendars right now:

October

  • We will be in San Jose and San Francisco, California, October 8-10 delivering briefings to several separate clients (that's tentative as we go to press).
  • We'll be in Richardson, Texas, October 22-24 leading the fall meeting of our Workplace Innovation and Performance Network group. Not a lot of free time, but, hey, give us a call.
  • We will also be in Long Beach, California, the last week of October.

And here's some recent press featuring WDC.

Jim was quoted in the October issue of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine ("Dress for Success—In Your Pajamas"). We also posted a short note about it on our own blog ("Kiplinger's on the Benefits of Telecommuting").

And Charlie was featured in The Prescott [Arizona] Daily Courier in a story about a presentation he delivered at the Mayor's "2050 Forum" about how the changing nature of work affects local communities ("Grantham: Community needs to adjust for changing workplace").
