Our Talent Pool
Future of Work is pleased to recognize and acknowledge several members of our extended team of world-class experts. As a work design studio, we respond to member and client requests for assistance by assembling a "just in time" team for each project that represents exactly the knowledge and skills needed to provide both thought leadership and action recommendations.

We are developing a strong and growing group of associates who work with us on an as-needed basis. Our programs, products, and advisory services have been significantly enhanced by their contributions.

Lise LaTorre, InMotionMedia, Inc.

Lise LaTorreLise is our web designer extraordinaire. Her firm, InMotionMedia, Inc., is a web development business with a vision: professional partnerships with organizations in creating, developing and maintaining their web presence.

Lise has a remarkable talent for converting verbal ideas into stunning graphic designs and dynamic web pages. She knows how to ask the right questions, listen to the answers and translate that information into a web site that reflects the client organization's individual style and eBusiness needs. Catherine Adams Lee, New Workplaces

Catherine Adams Leehas created work environments for over two decades. Founding two companies that designed and planned facilities primarily for high-tech companies, she grew the second venture into one of Silicon Valley’s highest- rated interiors firms. Clients ranged from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations.

Eight years ago, Catherine departed from the traditional road and started exploring alternative solutions for productive work environments - integrating change management, communications, personal technology and training disciplines into processes for designing successful workplaces. During that time she worked with companies such as Safeway, Sun Microsystems, a dot-com, and Cisco Systems in the areas of new office environments and the workplace of the future.

Publisher of The Workplace, a client newsletter, Catherine has been a frequent contributor to design and facility industry publications. Rebecca Ryan, Next Generation Consulting

Rebecca RyanRebecca Ryan is the founder and President of Next Generation Consulting (www.nextgenerationconsulting.com), a "thinkubator" committed to building Next Generation Companies and Communities. In addition, she developed the "Hot Jobs, Cool Communities" research that identifies where young talent is congregating and choosing to live (www.hotjobs-coolcommunities.com). That's something that anyone who wants to recruit, attract, and retain younger professionals needs to know about and pay attention to.

Barry Tuchfeld, PhD.

Barry TuchfeldBarry Tuchfeld serves as research director for Future of Work. He is also the founder of the BT Group. Barry has spent over 25 years directing and conducting applied research projects that include national, local, and regional surveys, key informant interviews, and focus groups. He is particularly skilled at interpreting qualitative research from sources like focus groups and benchmarking studies.

Barry received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and also has a degree in Business Finance from that institution. Currently an adjunct professor with the University of San Francisco and Argosy University-Sarasota, he founded the Center for Organizational Research at Texas Christian University, where he was an Associate Professor. With his partner/wife Susan Marcus, Ph.D., he co-founded the Health Information Network, a pre-Web service providing health and medical information to consumers, professionals, and businesses.
